Hypnotherapy has a very high success rate for stopping smoking. It is a single session that will last for approximately 2 hours and you will leave as a non-smoker.

Smoking is just a habit and, despite what many people believe, nicotine is not addictive, so with hypnotherapy, it is much easier than we may think to stop!

With hypnosis, it is possible to visualise yourself the way you want to be and to mentally rehears a new “desired” behaviour, so you can see yourself as a non-smoker and give yourself a gift, the gift of health.
