My 4-week mindful drinking programme will enable you to have a whole new measured and mindful approach to drinking alcohol. The programme includes a personal 60 minute 1:1 online weekly session with me, mindset tips, coping mechanisms and weekly audio files for you to keep.
We will look at your behaviour, your emotions and your lifestyle and it will help you to understand the triggers and why you drink too much when you are stressed, overwhelmed or lonely.
With hypnotherapy, it is possible to see yourself the way you want to be now and, in the future, and this visualisation of what you want is a really powerful exercise for the brain. This is because mentally rehearsing a new desired behaviour helps to strengthen the neural pathways and this is then reinforced during the four-week programme.
